在上方空格处选择China,然后点击美国认证的申请。（如果你是做加拿大的，就点击加拿大）

进入后有个中文说明的表格。不同学历水平申请者需要的材料以及接受的中方认证机构都有显示。

重要提醒-请仔细阅读关于申请材料：有些学术机构需要几周的时间提供成绩单，因此我们强烈建议申请者尽早申请开具成绩单。WES有权复核所有的文件所有已提交的文件归WES所有，将不会被退还给申请者。WES只评估通过正规学术培训项目获得的证书。申请者请勿提交短期职业发展课程的文件或者其他非正规、非学术培训的文件。此类文件将不会被评估或体现在WES的评估报告中。关于评估报告上的姓名WES出具的评估报告上的姓名会与学术文件上的名字保持一致。
请先提交申请，再寄送文件。如果没有您的申请记录在案，WES无法开始处理您的文件或确认已经收到文件。

填写完个人信息后开始填写教育背景，毕业年份最高就是当年年份，没有2016选项。

选择学校时，地址时需要核实项目所在校区，一般一所大学都会有2个以上的校区，请从项目官网核实。

如果现在还不确定自己要申请的大学数量，建议最好选择WES ICPA course-by-course的认证，因为WES Basic一旦提交后，加申学校还得重新认证，但是WES ICPA认证即使提交后还可以进入系统再次添加，原认证保留。如下是来自官网的回复：

If your evaluation is complete, you will need to order aduplicate reportand add the new recipient (s) through the application. If a recipient is not listed in our database, you may enter it manually.

注意这里的additional recipient，应该填写第二所需要认证的大学名称。如添加第三所点击黄色按钮。
