理工科学生就业应该具备什么能力？

理工科学生就业应该具备什么能力？一个理工科学生未来的工作方向，一般应该会是进入相关企业从事专业相关工作，做工程师，或者从事学术研究。那么对于一个理工科的学来说，应该具备哪些能力和素质呢？一个学生给我发了美国科学院于发布的一本Careers in Science and Technology: A Student Planning Guide to Grad School and Beyond（http://www.nap.edu/openbook.php?record_id=5129），里面第133和134页的说明。说得非常好~所以转来给大家分享。另外，最近肯定很多DIY的孩纸在写推荐信，其实这些东西就是非常好的大纲，看看自己在下列素质中什么方面表现得比较出色。
